We believe the Willamette Valley is an extraordinary place to live. With access to the Pacific Coast, the Cascade mountains, the foothills and the valley floor, we are rich with an abundance of fresh seafood, locally harvested mushrooms & grains, exquisite fruits & vegetables, and free range chicken & beef. We believe in connecting with these people who share a philosophy of taking care of our earth. In our kitchen, we work closely with farmers, fishermen & foragers to understand their farming and harvesting techniques.

In our wine bar, we acknowledge and honor the winemakers & vineyard owners whose philosophy of vineyard management is directly reflected in the health of their soil, their love of the land, and then expertly revealed in their refined and exquisite wines. In our construction of the Inn at Red Hills, we worked with professional contractors who largely live within 30 miles of Dundee.

The materials used throughout our projects, from the construction of the buildings to the execution of the interiors, and the delivery of our product, has been thoughtfully considered with respect and care for our surroundings.

The Inn at Red Hills is Oregon Wine Country’s first full-service boutique hotel. We have 20 unique rooms, each with different layouts, sizes and views. Most have small relaxation areas with either a sofa or oversized chairs with views of the vineyards in the neighboring Dundee Hills.

Our Inn is composed of two free standing buildings with a charming stone courtyard in between. We have a nationally recognized farm fresh restaurant, Farm to Fork, adjacent to our lobby. Guests can sleep in, then come down for a hearty farm fresh breakfast, grab a picnic to-go for lunch, or dine with us in the evening after a day of wine tasting & touring.

Press, our wine bar, showcases hard to find, small lot Oregon wines. We serve daily flights of Oregon's best wines and continually host winemakers onsite. Stop by and you will find hidden gems to taste by the pour, glass or bottle. In our restaurant, you may choose any of these exquisite wines from our "Wall of Wine" and simply carry them to your table. You will find these wines to be priced similar to the producers normal retail pricing versus the traditional restaurant mark-up. We believe the economy has changed, the rules are different, and we want the wines we showcase to be tasted, not shelved.
