Farm To Fork
Farm to Fork is our on-site gourmet market & fine dining restaurant that allows our visitors the convenience of taking gourmet food to-go or simply to enjoy in our cozy restaurant, wine bar or courtyard. All menus are fresh daily, and the ingredients are locally sourced within 200 miles of Dundee. Much of our seasonal fruit comes to us from our own farm at deLancellotti Vineyard. Guests of the hotel will enjoy fresh brewed organic coffee from Portland Roasting Company. During the winter season, we are open for breakfast on Saturday and Sundays only starting at 7am. In addition, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until Spring. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Delicatessen & Marketplace

Visit our deli is open from 7am to 8pm offering a wide selection of Oregon and International cheeses, charcuterie and fresh salads from our kitchen. We create custom picnic baskets for your day of wine tasting, bike riding, hiking or trail riding. Please let us know what we can prepare for you!

The 'Cheese Case' features treasures from many local Oregon creameries in addition to nice selection of the classics from around the world. "Artisan Cheese from the Pacific Northwest", authored by Tami Parr of the Oregon Cheese Guild, can be found on our shelves.

Our 'Charcuterie & Meat Case' is literally “stuffed” with delicious terrines, salamis, cured meats from the old country as well as the Pacific Northwest. We roast, smoke and season our own meats, so they are all natural, non-injected and delicious.

The 'Freshly Prepared Salad Case' offers a wide selection of ready-made salads, quiches, homemade pastas, paninis, olives, and other gourmet entrees and chef's specials.

Gourmet goods and special treasures abound in the marketplace with local hazelnuts, olive oil, spreads, homemade jams, organic honey, and delicious local treats. Our marketplace abounds with specialty gift items including local area wine & food books, gourmet picnic baskets and exquisite glassware.

Farm to Fork is the premier wine country provisioner. We have designed a variety of themed “Picnics” that can be ordered for 2 or even 20+ people, complete with fresh breads, cheeses, meats, side dishes, salads and desserts. You can also design your own from our delicious deli cases.

Our local sourcing program ensures quality, freshness and sustainability while providing an ever-changing selection that follows the seasons.

Breakfast – Farmhouse breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage and house made potatoes or almond battered brioche french toast are two ways to start your day at the Inn at Red Hills! Other breakfast items range from unique, smoked trout and egg scramble or chicken fried steak to a warm goat cheese tart and Spiced Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal...and don't forget a fresh cup of organic coffee from Portland Roasting Company!
